    Nature Walks

    Many studies show that nature has a strong healing effect. The quiet life, in balance with its surroundings brings relaxation and puts all into perspective. People who are more often in nature have fewer anxiety attacks, stress and attention fatigue. Nature is therefore a wonderful place to get started with those themes that keep you from living a relaxed and fulfilling life.

    During a healthy walk through nature, we will discuss the themes that hold you back from living a happy life. Through self-inquiry, coaching, meditation and mindfulness you get in contact with your body, touch base with the calm and soothing energy of nature right here and now and you let go of what no longer serves you on your path to a beautiful life.
